These durable, flexible vinyl impregnated film holders without lead backing can withstand constant bending around small casting and similar objects.
Identificateurs de films
Trikon lead numbers, letters and arrows are clean with sharp smooth edges and produce clear well defined images. Figures are available unmounted and mounted on plastic.
When ordering numbers and letters, please specify flat face or deep block mounted or unmounted.
Pénétramètres
Trikon precision I.Q.I.’s (Image Quality Indicators) conform to and exceed requirements of each code and MIL-spec. Both ASTM (plaque) and DIN (wire) are available.
A densitometer or a calibrated density strip must be available to verify that the IQI and part densities meet requirements.
Special Calibration
I.Q.I.’s may be serialized and calibrated resolving to the 4th decimal for a nominal charge.
I.Q.I. Encapsulation
Penetrameters may be encapsulated in clear thin walled plactic if requested. This leaves I.Q.I.’s hermetically sealed by vacuum heat sealing. Cost is nominal.
